What You'll Discover In Your Beach Hut
Open up Frinton beach hut 343 and you'll find a light, bright, cool and contemporary interior. Decorated with wall art and modern prints from @eastendprints and @gaylemansfielddesigns it is perfect for taking those Insta worthy pics. As with all our huts there is our signature L-shaped, cushion covered, bench seating and table looking out over the golden sandy beach.
The beach hut has a luxury kitchen area with a two ring gas hob, sink, kettle, matches, cups, wine fizz and tumbler glasses, plates, side plates, bowls, cutlery, children's cups plates bowls and cutlery, condiments, complimentary tea, coffee + hot chocolate, a cafetiere, frying pan, pots, cooking utensils, water carrier, washing up liquid, cloth, tea-towel, chopping boards, bottle opener, champagne/wine/drinks bucket (just bring ice) Frinton beach hut hire
It also comes with 4 designer 'Cool Coastal Huts' deckchairs' for sitting outside in style. There is space in front of the beach hut to sit or set yourself up on the prom and look over Frinton's golden sandy beach, it is literally beach perfection.
343 comes with trendy @scrunchkidsuk kids buckets and spades, as well as board games and playing cards.
Bring your dog, the beach hut is dog friendly (Max 2 well behaved dogs). Please note that there are council restrictions on the beach immediately in front of the beach hut in that dogs are only allowed on the beach from the 1st October to 30th April.
Available from 9.30am to 7pm - Parking is free in Frinton and the closest parking is along the Esplanade, about a one minute walk from the beach hut, so nice and easy. Food deliveries available and fish and chips and cafes very close. See our food guide for details.
There is a strict maximum number of 8 per booking group, which includes all adults, children and babies inside and outside of the beach hut. This is to comply with our license, so as not to encroach on our beach hut neighbours and to generally ensure a good time is had by all.

A golden sandy stretch of beach with a mile long promenade lined with beach huts, what's not to like? Frinton is great for sea swimming, sandcastle building and long beach walks to name a but a few activities. It is literally seaside perfection.

Dog Friendly Beach Huts
The beach hut is dog friendly and well behaved dogs are welcome in the beach hut with a maximum of two. There is a dog water bowl in the beach hut. Please note: dogs aren't allowed on the stretch of beach directly in front of the beach hut from 1st May to the 30th September. They can be walked on a lead on the promenade and there are sections of the beach on which they can go (from the warden's hut at the bottom of the Zig Zag path to the Walings).

It is a two minute walk from the free parking on the greensward and the loos. It is very close to Connaught Avenue for access to the shops and food. It is also close to two water taps. All the important things!
Beach Hut Parking
Parking is free along the greensward which is about 100 metres from the beach hut. The postcode CO13 9DN will take you to the closest location to park, which is where The Esplanade loo block is located (about a one minute walk from the beach hut).

Loos
Loos, there are loos 1 minute walk away at the top of the zig zag path at the bottom of Connaught Avenue. You will need 20p as there is a charge but they are lovely and clean as a result. They are open all year (except Christmas Day) 8.30 to 6pm on Boxing Day and New Years Day they close at 4pm.
Water
There is no running water at the beach hut. There are two taps less than 1 minute away and a water carrier in the beach hut.
Accessibilty
There's a slopped ziz zag path that leads to the promenade from the Greensward. There are four concrete steps to the beach hut level from the promenade and three wooden steps to the beach hut door. To access the beach from the promenade there are steps down to the beach. Should you require wheelchair access Tendring Council have 2 Claction beach huts which are wheelchair accessible and can be rented.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation or Moving of a Booking
We offer free cancellation up to 7 full days before arrival. After this point a £40 per hire day admin fee will be deducted from any refund. No refund will be given if the cancellation is within 48 hours.
We offer free amendments up to 7 full days before a booking subject to availability. Less than a week from a booking no amendments can be made.
Refunds or alternative dates are not given for bad weather on the day of hire. Please appreciate that the weather is out of our control.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking in the event that we are unable to let the beach hut for reasons beyond our control. A full refund or credit option would be given in this case.
